A significant other; a group of girlfriends. Make a day of it, complete with sophisticated afternoon tea at the unique Spatisserie.

WHY WE LIKE IT

The indulgent pamper-yourself-glam vibe and dreamy treatments are both gorgeous. The glass walled mani-pedi room decorated with racks and racks of Essie shades is a special treat. An I-never-want-to-leave kind of spa.

WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE

Although they’ve done a great job of making their underground space airy and bright, there’s still no natural light.

GOOD TO KNOW

Should you bring your own string of pearls (or any other valuables for that matter), you can stash it in the high-tech safe available in each locker. Also, definitely leave yourself plenty of time to enjoy the sleek navy blue relaxation room post-treatment, and maybe slot in some time for the Spatisserie, with its decadent champagne-and-cakes menu as well. Also find a small fitness studio, barber shop, and Royston Blythe hair salon in the vicinity.
