There’s a sophisticated version of California cool pulsing through this chic yet laidback wine bar, where well-heeled Hollywood cool cats mingle, chatter, and nibble on top-notch small plates. The minimalist design has a loft-like feel, with quirky elements like a real wood burning oven that keep it from edging towards corporate.
Scenesters soaking up the atmosphere, with a handful of wine-and-cheese aficionados thrown in the mix.
WHAT WE WOULD WEAR
Dressed up jeans–no need to be too formal, but you need to be shmancy enough to keep up with the trendsetters, especially on the weekends.

WHY WE LIKE IT
The charcuterie and cheeses are delish, the wine pairings spot on, and the chic scene very grown up.
WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE
We get that they’re small plates, but portion sizes on some items are way too small. When we went, we had to wait a bit for our table, even though we had a reservation.
GOOD TO KNOW
If you can’t score a reservation, try to grab a seat at the bar.
