WHY WE LIKE IT

We loved the relaxing-yet-functional Ling facial with the kind, non-product-pushing aesthetician. We also appreciated the thoughtful pre-treatment questionnaire with fields that aim to understand how you prefer to enjoy your treatment (e.g., in silence for relaxation or with commentary on how and why various techniques/tools are used).

WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE

This spot takes a practical approach, with excellent treatments and lovely white-toned treatment rooms, but minimal additional frills. Pre-treatment tea is offered in the reception area, but no steam, sauna, relaxation room, or other high-end spa standards are offered.

GOOD TO KNOW

This spot is on the second floor, tucked away on a small alley behind Westbourne Grove. Bring a map, and allow yourself a bit of time for searching. If you don't want to bother finding them, they'll come to you: cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, peels, weight control management, jet lag control, and general medicine are available direct to your door (for a GBP 40-100 supplement) via the spa’s "Dr. Chez Vous" program. And if you need hairdressing or would like to do a workout, the nearby Kell Scott Hairdressing and off-site BodyWorksWest gym are available for additional fees.
