Clean, almost-clinical feel, although the treatment room has a window looking out into a mini-garden courtyard. Situated in a townhouse with one treatment room and an office for consultation after treatment. The atmosphere is very professional.

WHY WE LIKE IT

Cult classic facial. Clinical feel to the experience, but you will be converted to the Eve Lom cleansing routine. A consultation follows the treatment, but it’s not a sales pitch–or rather, it’s a barebones pitch: our aesthetician recommended the most basic product and that was it. And we will say our skin looked and felt fantastic.

WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE

Maybe a little more color in the design of the townhouse. But overall, the aesthetician’s demeanor was pleasant and welcoming, and we felt confident our faces would be in good hands (literally).

Not for those looking for a pampering experience; you’re here to get your skin back to what it looked like twenty years ago.
