The ambiance and design are stunning–perfect if you seek to impress your dining companions. Also, they’ve really hit their stride with the fusion menu recently, so you may find the bites even more impressive than the surrounds.

The service can be pretentious. No matter how stylish the venue, we shouldn’t feel bad asking for assistance.

GOOD TO KNOW

It’s a little tricky to find–look for their discreet door next to Bellagio and then ring the bell to get in. Once you’re through the door, there’s absolutely no photo taking allowed (they’re very strict on this point). On the other hand, international credit cards are gladly accepted. They occasionally have live music or performances–check their website or call ahead for info about what’s on.
