Getting a haircut in Beijing is a risky business–no matter how posh the salon, odds are you’ll go home with a mullet or a bowl cut (or an unfortunate combination of the two). Not so at Catherine de France, where the expert staff actually listens to your requests and produces stellar cuts–and in a swish setting to boot!
