It’s definitely not your everyday grocery store–it’s a foodie mecca. You can find anything your taste buds desire, from fully prepared meals to desserts, breads, coffee, flowers, and kitchenware. It is also quintessentially New York for its pricey but nonetheless top quality and perfectly packaged goods.

It’s always packed with tourists and SoHo shoppers, making browsing frustrating at times (particularly weekends).

GOOD TO KNOW

This location serves as a one-stop-shop for all kitchen needs, while other locations around Manhattan are more like cafés. Many of the items here are related to Italian cuisine, but other global cuisines are represented. All locations serve fantastic coffee.
