Since the swanky My Humble House arrived at the ultra-fashionable Le Méridien Taipei, Taipei’s A-listers have been jockeying for tables. The menu is all about innovative twists on Cantonese classics (ranging from seafood to dim sum to barbecue), and the sleek red-and-black décor accented with Chinese modern art canvases is similarly inspired. In fact, the focus on creative innovation is so central to the My Humble House concept that there’s even a partner art gallery in the hotel lobby.
